To access the full features of the th18 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the th18 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. th18 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your th18 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. th18 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify th18 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. th18 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided, and to withhold any funds in such accounts pending investigation.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming requirements, th18 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed.
th18 may request any or all of the following documents to verify your identity:
th18 aims to complete standard KYC verification within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving all required documents. Enhanced due diligence may take longer. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.
th18 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time, including when account activity triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
th18 accepts deposits and processes withdraw als via the following payment channels available to Filipino players:
th18 does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards. These payment methods are not supported on the Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account verification status. th18 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. For verified accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. th18 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
th18 applies a return-to-source policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. th18 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the th18 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). th18 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
th18 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. th18 reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met or where bonus abuse is detected.
th18 prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit bonus offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, th18 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the player's account.
th18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, th18 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. th18's decision in such matters is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of th18.
th18 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the th18 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

th18's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your th18 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
th18 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
th18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any other reason th18 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.
You may close your th18 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the th18 Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law.
th18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, th18 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the th18 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the th18 Platform shall first be submitted to th18's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent th18 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
